We had family meet us here. They had rooms in the resort, which were quite nice, and we had a slip for our 40' sailboat. There are two nice full bathrooms with showers, very clean and air conditioned. The laundry facility was shared with the resort maids, so sometimes tough to get your laundry in between 8am and 5 pm. The attached restaurant, Wreckers, was pretty good with friendly staff. A really great island. We got propane tank refilled, just ask, a guy does it at his house after work. We rented a golf cart, $250/wk or $50/day. Went to Buddas Snack Shack, the Food Fair for groceries, the Shipyard for dinner (good food, sloooooow service), the beach, and the Sandbar bar/restaurant on Russell Island. The only issue was that we made a reservation, then decided to extend by two days. When I called to extend—before we arrived—I was told no problem, but when we arrived they didn't know anything about it and didn't have room. Lucky for us there was a cancellation, so all good. But… ask for an email or text confirmation!!! We would definitely return. Docks were good, in very good shape, but remember the crazy tides and make sure you can climb up and down up to 3'.
