Bill (lock master at E20) was gracious enough to go looking for my expensive prescription sunglasses in the picnic area after we had stayed overnight on the western wall ( north side). We were already at lock E19 after tearing our boat apart looking for them! Bill found them and arranged for them to be driven to E18. This definitely goes into the category of "above and beyond" service to boaters. Thanks a ton Bill!

We have been on the canal since Buffalo heading eastbound to the Hudson River. Baldwinsville is by far has been the best place to stop. Great park side docking with power and water. Bathrooms and showers are a short walk away. Many restaurants, shops, HW stores, etc all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!
