We had a great experience at this marina. Steve went above and beyond—he sent a super helpful email packed with local info: where to find groceries, fun things to do, and transportation options. He was also right there to catch our lines when we arrived, which we really appreciated. We rented a car (1/4 mi walk) and drove to West Point and Bear Mountain. It was a great day! The Croton Dam is also a must see for a photo op.... it is a beautiful dam and waterfall. After a day of exploring.... take a seat up on the flybridge with a beverage and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the hilltops. A perfect stop whether you're heading to or from the Erie Canal. Highly recommend!

Excellent stop just north of New York City. Excellent WIFI. Shoprite is up the road for groceries. The sunsets can't be beat! Simply beautiful! Train station is close by. A must see is the Croton Dam. WOW! LOVED The Blue Pig ice cream. Try the "Berry Crumb" YUM! Steve was there to catch our lines. Our finger dock was wobbly but the main dock was GREAT! He sent us a google doc when we arrived with ALL kinds of information. Where to go.... what to do... bathroom codes... etc. There are LOTS of trails to walk around. A nice stop over on our way to the Erie Canal.

We stayed here one night in November 2021. It was awesome. The staff told us what markers to hug on our way in as the entrance has a little shoal area. They helped us with our lines and even brought a step over so it was easy to get off the boat. Everyone was WONDERFUL! Lovely! Dinner on site was delicious. The grounds were well taken care of! Very clean!!! We scootered to the sunset on the Gulf side as the island is only 5 blocks wide. Read about the history or Tarpon fishing on the south side of the island. What a beautiful island!
