Great holding mud throughout the Chesapeake. The downside is the effort it takes to clean the ground tackle. This mooring ball solves the problem. It was eas to get to, Well maintain and in an excellent location to get to the city Dingy Dock. Quite and lovely location with almost no boat traffic and well protected from all locations.

Awesome marina. Staff quickly responded to call, met me at the slip and helped secure the boat. Pumped out the tanks, provided visitor packet. Nice pool, very clean restroom and shower facilities and easy access to multiple dining venues. A very nice marina in a fabulous location. Will visit again.

Overall a good spot with shore access to two marinas and a ramp. Some Boat traffic to access boat ramp. Good holding.
