Great place! Will come back. Staff was very friendly. Nice docks. Good restaurant on site. Biked into town, about 4 miles to Wallmart. We were here in January and were the only ones around! Shallow coming in but wasn't a problem. Took the dinghy around mangroves. Fun to explore. There was a kayak trail but some of the markers were missing from the last storm. Could walk dogs around marina. Lots of green space for them.

It's open, the docks are new, it has great staff, it has the Lighthouse Restaurant. It is not yet completely ready for transients as there is no laundry or ship store at this time, no walking, bike paths or public transportation to get anywhere, gated community to 1 side, and 4 lane 55mph highway at its entrance. Very shallow entry channel 4-5 ft in sections.
