We loved our stay here. Great dingy dock and amenities (didn't use laundry.) Marina has a very friendly and available staff, willing to help. Boat side pump out was a breeze. Highly recommend if coming to St. Augustine and don't have to have a slip.

Mooring pennant was clean and in good physical shape. Communication with the marina was easy. We had reserved and paid a few days in advance and received our ball assignment over VHF as we approached. We were on ball 27 in the north field (closest to the sea wall and the bridge. The only issue with this spot is that there is a fairly good amount of pleasure and commercial (tour/party boats) that round the corner here to parallel the seawall.

Contact the Saint Augustine Municipal Marina as you approach the marina and mooring fields for the mooring ball assignment and directions. There is a lot of current so be mindful of it as you go through the mooring field and approach the mooring ball. Remember to run the starboard bow line through the eye in the mooring pendant and bring it back to the starboard bow cleat. Repeat the process from the port side. Go under the bridge to get to the dinghy dock. Check in at the office to get access card to the restrooms/showers/laundry and your dingy permit. Boats in the mooring field get free pumpouts. Contact the office for information and to get on the schedule. They do the pumpouts seven days a week. Nice bathrooms and showers. Easy walking to shopping, restaurants, and the fort.
