  Uncrowded, clear waters and plenty of depth. Easy sloping shore access for pups. Dinghy ride into The Pool. Land on shore near the "private" Killarney Mtn Lodge docks and hike up to Lake Topaz. Grab a walking stick at sign if desired. pathway may be slick in areas. Follow plastic colored signs on trees, basically going left. After about a 15 minute climb, be sure to go left with yellow marker to get to Lake Topaz. Cliff jumping or swimming in gorgeous turquoise clear lake.
