  The closest anchorage to the Sea Aquarium is at the tip of the sandbar that lies between Little Halls Pond Cay and Soldier Cay. The holding is very good in deep sand and it is only 0.25nm away from the Sea Aquarium which is close but not so close that you are jostling for space. There is a confluence of strong currents in the area and when the wind rises from any direction there will be some rolling at some point in every tide cycle so anchoring overnight is only recommended if there is settled weather.
