- Description: The Cayos Cuervo is another group of numerous small cays that contain a number of lovely beaches (notably towards the southern end), some interesting reef on the perimeter and an excellent, well-protected anchorage in the center of the cays. In settled easterlies, protection can be found pretty much anywhere along the western shorelines. Approach cautiously as the depths reduce quite suddenly. See Waterway Guide Cuba for details on navigation and approaches.
DISCLAIMER: Before committing to an anchorage, you should confirm that the location is not governed by a regulation that may conflict with your plans. An increasing number of states and municipalities are enacting laws that define where and how long you may anchor.
