Burnt Island Harbour - Manitoulin

• Description: Anchor in southeast corner. No buoys mark either the offshore reefs or the numerous coastal indentations, nor does any navigational aid mark Burnt Island Harbour. Great care must be taken crossing Thibault Shoal, between Inner Duck Island and the Manitoulin shore, to avoid the rocks making out from both. Once past this hazard, the entrance to Burnt Island Harbour is free of obstructions.
