Holding past the marina complex (just past the entry on the north side of the bay) is good in approximately 10 feet MLW but this anchorage may not be accessible due to the ongoing construction at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Also, in addition to submerged, marked pilings and crab markers, we have received reports of debris on the bottom, and an unmarked telephone cable crosses this area. Anchor with care.
