Little Farmer's Cay - Ty's Sunset Anchorage

  Ty's Sunset is a local beach bar that is a great place for a sundowner. Holding off the beach in front of the bar is good however it is very exposed to all directions except east and in the afternoon sea breezes a chop can build even in relatively settled conditions. 

  There is a public dock next to the anchorage that carries 4' at low tide which can be used for temporary dockage but is not recommended for overnight use. To stay overnight, Farmers Cay Yacht Club is a better choice. If you need to go into town from the west side of the island, going ashore at Ty's is a good plan. To reach Farme

  rs Cay Yacht Club turn left and walk along the runway to the west end and follow the road which will lead to the back door of the yacht club. To reach town turn right on the road and you will be at the public dock on the harbour in 15 minutes.
